Himachal Legislative Assembly Winter Session at Tapovan likely to be convened in December 

The Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Winter Session might be held at Tapovan Vidhansabha Complex near Dharmshala likely to be convened in the next month 

The State Council of Ministers meeting scheduled to be held on November 18 at Shimla may approve the planning of the session. 

Speaker of HP Legislative Assembly Kuldeep Singh Pathania informed today media that the Vidhan Sabha Secretariat has proposed to schedule to be approved by the council of ministers and consented by the Governor soon.

He said that the State  Assembly secretariat is fully prepared to hold of winter session and if the approval of any of the two proposals came from the state government winter session it would finalise all arrangements soon.

He said that two proposals to hold a session from December 11 to 17 or December 18 to 25 December are before the government. Now it is the wish of the state government to choose either.

It is unlikely to delay the winter session any more as the state Budget session will also be scheduled in February 2024.
