Himachal High Court dismisses recall application of DGP and SP

In a major set back to Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police Sanjay Kundu and Superintendent of police Kangra Shalini Agnihotri, Himachal Pradesh High court dismissed recall applications filed by before the court on January 4.

Division bench of Chief Justice MS Ramachandran Rao and Justice Jyotsna Rewal Dua passed order on two recall application of DGP of Himachal Pradesh and SP Kangra and dismissed applications.

The court said that both application was dismissed after hearing both the parties on January 5 in the matter and effective Protection to be given to complaint Nishant.

The court said SIT to be formed for investigation.
