Himachal Governor asks about well being of mountaineer Baljeet Kaur

Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla spoke to India’s famous mountaineer Baljit Kaur who hails from Himachal Pradesh on the telephone and inquired about her well-being.  He said that Himachalis were proud of her and that her courage was an inspiration to others.  He said that the blessings of the people of the State are with her.

Baljit Kaur was reported missing after scaling Annapurna Peak in Nepal but she was safe.
