Himachal CM under medical supervision at IGMC for 20 hrs
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has been under medical supervision in Indra Gandhi Medical College Hospital Shimla for the last 20 hours as he was admitted to the Gastrilogy department at 0100 hrs Thursday.
According to the medical bulletin issued by the IGMC&H Sr Medical Superintendent Dr Rao said that he has been admitted to special ward no – 634 being treated for a stomach infection.
Mr Sukhu complained of stomach pain at midnight and he was rushed to IGMC around 0100 hrs today.
According to the medical bulletin issued by the IGMC said that Mr Sukhu is out of danger but he is under medical supervision for 20 hours.
According to the medical bulletin he was rushed to hospital after a sudden illness in Himachal Pradesh. His examination was completed at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital and tests like ultrasound etc. were also done.
“In the investigation of the Chief Minister, stomach-related infection has been found. And his condition remains normal.” Sr MS said adding that he was going
further thorough investigation and kept under the observation of doctors in the hospital as per the guidelines of the experts.
A six-member senior doctor panel of Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital administration is continuously keeping a watch on this ailment.
Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Partap Shukla is among the people who met the Chief Minister at IGMC.
