Himachal CM may be discharged from AIIMS in a day or two
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu who undergoing treatment at All India Institute of Medical Sciences for the last four days may be discharged in a day or two as his health is constantly improving.
The media report issued by the CMO and his close aides confirmed that the Chief Minister recovered from the illness as his health improved to almost normal.
He was admitted at AIIMS on Friday after he decided to go to New Delhi immediately after being discharged from the IGMC Gastrilogy department here.
During routine tests of the Chief Minister at AIIMS he was declared normal as he was hospitalized on the complaints of pancreas and stomach infection on Wednesdays at midnight.
CM has been recovering at AIIMC Delhi for four days. The clinical diagnosis of AIIMS states that stomach infection has been completely cured. Now, as soon as the pancreas infection is over, may be discharged from the hospital in the next one or two days.
According to the close aids of the CMO, he was advised to observe complete rest for the next five days.
Following ailment senior cabinet members including Harsh Vardhan Chauhan rushed to Delhi to meet him at AIIMS.
Chief Minister Sukhu was shifted from IGMC Shimla to AIIMS Delhi at 9 a.m. on Friday.
On Wednesdays, he was rushed to IGMC after severe pain in his stomach.
Chief Minister Sukhu was treated for 30 hours at IGMC and taken to AIIMS for a second opinion.
