HC extends anticipatory bail to SHO wanted in corruption case

Himachal Pradesh High court extended anticipatory bail of SHO Nadaun Neeraj Rana who was absconding after giving slip to state vigilanceand anti corruption sleuth wanted in graft charges.

A bench of Himachal Pradesh high court comprising of Justice Chandar Bhushan Barowalia extended anticipatory bail to Mr Rana while hearing the matter today
SHO was absconding allegedly when SV&ACB team tried to nab him while serving as SHONadaun in graft case and he gave slip to the team by making attempt to ram them under his private vehicle .
State Director General of Police Mr Sanjay Kundu have order to constituted a SIT to nab him and probe the sensitive matter but he got the bail on recently .
Superintendent of Police Hamirpur constituted a SIT regarding arrest of Inspector Neeraj Rana  for nabbing the matter against Inspector Neem Rana .  

DGP has also ordered to  sent the matter of absconding SHO to SP Economic Offence Wing(EOW) for taking up the issue further with Enforcement Directorate ( ED ) for an exemplary action.
