HAS Officer KR Sehjal has got interim anticipatory bail 

Secretary of State Food Commission and HAS Officer KR Sehjal  got interim anticipatory bail on Wednesday . HAS moved before the single bench justice Ajay Mohan Goel in Himachal Pradesh High court today and judge passed the order of an anticipatory bail in favour of Sehjal. The court sought a status report from the prosecution for next Wednesday.  According to the case, the complainant Chair man of state food Commission  Ramesh Gangotra has alleged that he went to his office room at 11 am on Monday.  After about 10 minutes the State Food Safety Commission of Himachal Pradesh government in the room

 Secretary KR Sehjal entered and beat up. Ramesh Gangotra has sustained injuries on his nose, mouth and lips due to this attack.  Gangotra has lodged an FIR at Chhota Shimla police station.
