Governor Shukla and CM Sukhu felicitate people on Holi Festival
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu have extended their warm greetings to the people of the State on the colourful festival of Holi.
Sh. Shukla said that Holi, the festival of colours had its own significance. He said that the festival would further strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and would go a long way in promoting the unity and integrity of the country.
Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu in his felicitation message said that the fervor of Holi transcends the artificial barriers of religion, cast, creed and class and gives the message of social integration and fraternity.
Deputy Chief Minister extends warm Greetings on Holi
Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri has extended heartfelt greetings to the people of the State on the joyous occasion of Holi.
He said that Holi is a festival of colors that symbolizes love, joy and harmony. He expressed hope that the festival would bring happiness, prosperity and new energy into the lives of the people of the state.
Mukesh Agnihotri urged everyone to promote and embrace the spirit of brotherhood, unity and social harmony. He called upon the people to strengthen the bonds of love, respect and peace and make Holi a true celebration of togetherness and goodwill.
He also appealed to celebrate the festival in an environmental friendly manner and with mutual respect and to ensure that the joyous spirit of Holi remains a unifying force in society.
