Fresh snowfall on high reaches of Himachal Pradesh

High reaches of Himachal Pradesh experiencing fresh snowfall and light rain lashed few places in the state, The Met Department said in a press release issued here today. In Lahaul-Spiti ,  Kukumseri had  5.8 cm snowfall, Losar five cm, Keylong four cm, Gondla three cm and  Kalpa 0.2 cm in Kinnuar district. The gateway of Lahaul-Spiti district Rohtang pass, lady of Keylong, Goshal hill, Kinner Kailash and Chutkula of Kinnaur also recorded moderate spell of snowfall. Tourist resport Dalhousie (Chamba) had 10 mm rain Chamba, Manali & Bhuntar in Kullu four mm each.It was partly to mainly cloudy un the state. Minimum temperature remained in freezing point in the high reaches put it up by one to degrees compared to yesterday. The minimum temperature of Keylong was minus 2.3 degrees,tourist resort Dalhousie & Kalpa 2 degrees. Tourist resort Kufri 4.5, Shimla 8 Hamirpur 10, Una 12, Solan 8.8, Mandi 5.7, Chamba 11.1  Kangra 13 ,  Dharamshala, 8.4,  Rain and Snowfall occurred in few places in high reaches and isolated places in rest of the state in the next 24.
