Forests are burning, CM and Ministers are sitting in AC & coolers watching the spectacle of forest fires: Bindal

Bharatiya Janata Party is organizing district-wise review meetings for the Lok Sabha elections. While chairing the review meeting of Sirmaur district today, BJP State President Dr. Rajiv Bindal said that while the entire Himachal Pradesh is burning with intense heat and hot winds, the Congress government of the state, Sukhvinder Sukhu government is busy distributing cabinet ranks to its favourites and friends. The money of the state, the money taken as loan is being spent only on friends and to please friends, while the common people are crying for every drop of drinking water. The drinking water schemes which were providing ample water till last year, have been ruined by this Congress government in just one year, because the state government is concerned only about its favourites, not the public.
Dr Bindal said that for the last two months, the forests of the entire state are burning fiercely and the Chief Minister and his army of ministers are watching the spectacle of the forest fires sitting in AC and coolers. The forests of Himachal Pradesh are turning into ashes. The villages adjoining the forests are in the grip of fire but the Sukhu government is busy only in saving the government.
Dr Bindal said that murder, rape, loot and extortion are rampant in the state. In the last one and a half years, the entire state from Chamba to Sirmour is under the grip of drugs. The government is happy with its friends and the public is distressed.
There is a fire in the forests of Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. Forest officials and fire brigades are trying to extinguish the fire. Bindal said, “The fire has been burning for 2-3 days. It is difficult to control the fire, although all the villagers have been trying for some time.” But the government is busy enjoying its pleasures.
