FMA Hosts MDP Series HR for HR Masterclass “Leveraging Artificial Intelligence in Talent Acquisition”
The Faridabad Management Association (FMA) successfully organized its “HR for HR” Masterclass “Leveraging Artificial Intelligence in Talent Acquisition” at the prestigious JIVA Ayurveda venue. The event attracted a diverse group of HR professionals and industry experts who came together to explore the latest trends in human resource management. Heeresh Girdhar, Core Member of FMA, kicked off the program with a warm welcome address that set the tone for the day.
The highlight of the program was an insightful presentation by Zeeshan Mallick, a prominent HR expert with over 8 years of experience, currently leading Leadership Hiring at Atlassian. Mallick’s talk, titled “Leveraging Artificial Intelligence in Talent Acquisition,” covered key areas including enhancing recruitment efficiency, improving candidate experience, and reducing bias in the hiring process through AI. His expertise provided attendees with valuable perspectives on how AI can transform talent acquisition.
The session was further enriched by Deepak Bansal, an experienced HR professional with 18 years in Talent Acquisition, who offered additional insights and support throughout the event. The day concluded with Saloni Kaul, President of FMA, expressing heartfelt thanks to JIVA Ayurveda Management for hosting the event and to the speakers for their invaluable contributions.
