Fairs are symbol of ancient culture: Rohit Thakur
Education Minister Rohit Thakur attended Jubri Byon Sambar (Thiyog) today as Chief Guest on the closing occasion of Rihali Fair.
While addressing the public meeting, the education minister said that fair, bishu and festival are symbols of our ancient tradition. They congratulated the fair committee for the preservation of this ancient culture and civilization. He said that these fairs are somewhere connected to God culture which increases their importance. He said that these fairs, bishu and festivals of the state have a different identity throughout India. Today’s young generation should come forward and take appropriate steps to protect them to ensure the preservation of our ancient tradition.
Education Minister said that the area in which this fair is being organized is the confluence of Thiyog and Jubbal Kotkhai assembly constituency. Won’t let any lack for its development. He said the priority of the state government is to develop remote areas.
PGT Sanskrit’s post accepted in Kyar school
Education Minister announced acceptance of PGT Sanskrit post in State Senior Secondary School Kyar according to the demand of the people of the area.
Rohit Thakur said that to widen the fair ground will have to take approval under FCA. Proper provision of money will be made to widen it once approval is available. He also announced to give 5-5 lakh rupees for the construction of Kalahar and Jubdi community building.
51 thousand rupees announced to fair committee
Education Minister announced 51 thousand rupees for fair committee organizing fair. At the same time announced to give 11-11 thousand rupees to the students of Guthan dance group and school students.
Former education minister heard the problems and assured proper solutions to the people in Bayon Devgarh Mahila Mandal Bhavan.
Fair of our cultural heritage – Kuldeep Rathore
MLA Thiyog assembly constituency Kuldeep Rathore said in his address that fair is our cultural heritage everyone should try to protect it. All the people at the fair are in colorful outfits that communicate a positive energy.
He said the state government has started the Universal Carton to uplift the gardeners. He said the central government will be talked about an increase in apple import fees and illegal fees to benefit the gardeners in the area. He said efforts are being made to make the Thiyog Hospital a district hospital and soon it will become a district hospital, which will benefit the people across the district. They announced Mela Committee to give 25 thousand, Jimmu & Khashdhar Thoda Dal, Guthan Dance Dal & School to students 5100-5100 rupees.
On this occasion, Guthan dance team gave cultural presentations by Choltu dance and school students.
Fair committee president Surendra Pal Chauhan in program, Mandal president Jubbal Kotkhai Moti Lal Derta, Mandal president Thiyog Narendra Kanwar, Bhandari Parmanand Sharma, Mela committee secretary Rajesh Sharma, Sub-divisional penalist Thiyog Mukesh Sharma, Tehsildar Kotkhai Lalit Kumar, Panchayat committee president Rekha, Devendra Negi, Director of Rural Development Bank, Panchayat Pradhan Members and other dignitaries from Mela Committee and Temple Committee along with Ambadatta were present.
