Excellent performance of two female students of HD Public School at the national level

Recently, in the national level athletic competition held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, two girl students of HD Public School, Janedghat have brought glory to the school and the state by performing brilliantly. School Principal M. Hasan said that about six thousand players from all over the country had participated in the national-level athletic competition held in Ahmedabad. He said that in the national level athletic competition, Tarika Verma had secured 16th position in the 60-meter race while Sonakshi Thakur had secured 64th position in the shot put competition.
The Principal said that Tarika Verma, a class nine student of this school, and Sonakshi Thakur, a class eight student of this school, were selected for the national level athletic competition for their best performance in the state level sports competition held in Theog last year. Earlier, these female students of the school had participated in block and district-level competitions. Principal M. Hasan honored both the female students and their parents for this achievement in the school prayer meeting. He also congratulated the coach Narendra Sharma and said that in the future such interest should be generated in the children and they should be guided toward sports.
