Even after one year of Congress government, the situation of Kasumpti remains the same
Panchayati Raj Minister Aniruddh Singh considered a special lieutenant of the Chief Minister and leading the region as a three-time MLA from Kasupanti, and the election promises made by the Kasupanti Congress proved to be hollow.
State President of Pradesh Kisan Sabha, Dr. Kuldeep Tanwar said that during the election campaign, Congress had promised the public to reach every home with government roads and to make the unpaved roads concrete. Still, till now the work does not seem to be progressing in that direction. There are neither teachers nor complete staff in the schools yet, nor have science classes started in the only Koti colleges and schools of the assembly.
He said that the promise of improving health services and appointing six specialist doctors in health institutions proved false. Till now neither in Junga nor in Mashobra the shortage of specialist doctors has been fulfilled.
Neither the Congress government took any notice nor did the favorite minister of horse owners open his mouth on the decision of Chhaj that took away the employment of unemployed people in Kufri and restricted the number of horses. It seems that the Minister is in tacit support with the NGT decision. Many such promises are part of the Congress manifesto, none of which has been fulfilled. He said that while on the one hand, the government has been pretending that the treasury is empty for the last year, on the other hand, the government has unnecessarily wasted lakhs of rupees on celebrating one year in Dharamshala. The Rural Development Minister of the government should tell what development work has been done in the Kasupanti assembly constituency during his one-year tenure.
