Dr. Amit Kumar Sharma assumes charge of new DC Kinnaur

Dr. Amit Kumar Sharma has been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner of Kinnaur district, He assumed charge of DC Kinnaur on Saturday.

After serving as a distinguished career in various administrative roles across the state Dr. Sharma brings a wealth of experience to his new position.

According to the administrative profile of Nr Sharma he  served in various capacities such as additional Deputy Commissioner (Una district), Sub Divisional Officer (Sundernagar, Mandi, and Bhoranj districts), Block Development Officer (Pachad, Sirmaur district), and Director (Private and Finance) at the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board. He also held the additional charge of Controller (Stores) in the Industries Department.

A native of Dharamshala in Kangra district, Dr. Sharma is the 40th Deputy Commissioner of Kinnaur.
