Demise of senior journalist condoled
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri have expressed their heartfelt condolences on the demise of senior journalist Vipin Kala (57) who passed away here today.
In his condolence message, Governor Shukla praised Sh. Kala was a dedicated journalist whose contributions to Amar Ujala Newspaper would be remembered for years to come.
Chief Minister Sukhu commended Shri Kala for his active role in bringing developmental and social issues to light through his news stories and often drawing the government’s attention to critical matters. He prayed for his soul to rest in peace.
The Deputy Chief Minister also acknowledged Shri Kala’s valuable services, noting his significant impact in the field of journalism. He said that Sh. Kala was a senior journalist who was very hard-working and laborious. He has left a vacuum in the field of journalism, difficult to fill.
Director of Information and Public Relations, Rajiv Kuma and the staff of IPR mourned the demise of senior Journalist Vipan Kala, who passed away in DDU Hospital Shimla today. He was 57.
Rajiv Kumar stated that Vipin Kala was a distinguished journalist whose unwavering dedication and commitment to his duties would be fondly remembered. His invaluable contributions to various vernaculars have left a lasting impact on the field of Journalism.
