DBT portal to be made functional from 17 December

Himachal Pradesh  Agriculture department said today that this year (2022-2023) the subsidy for, tractor, power tiller, power weeder rotavator, crop reaper, potato planter, mold bold plough, laser landleveler, super seeder, multi-crop Thresher etc would be made available with complete transparency through Direct Benefit Transfer. Spokesperson of department said here today that for the transfer of D.B.T a special portal have been started for those who are interested to avail the subsidy benefit which will be made functional from 17th December, 2022 onwards.  He said that the subsidy would be given to all the eligible farmers under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme Agricultural Engineering Sub-Mission. He said that for subsidy the farmers can apply through D.B.T. Portal agrimachinery.nic.in . The Spokesperson further said that this portal would be the only medium to apply for the subsidy. As per guidelines, the subsidy would be given on first come first serve basis and no preference would be given to those who have already submitted their applications in the Agriculture Department and their applications would be considered as cancelled. He said that all the applications received this year would only be valid for this year. The allotment of machinery would be done as per the availability of budget and on the basis of seniority. This portal would be made functional from 17th December, 2022 onwards
