CPM decide to support Nationwide strike on Mar 28 & 29
Communist Party of India (Marxist) would supports the nationwide strike on March 28-29, 2022 by the joint forum of trade unions and unions of various employees and appeals to the general public to join the Protest. A press release issued by the state party spokesperson that there is widespread unemployment, inflation and the crisis of agriculture is increasing in the country. He said that government is putting a financial burden on the general public by increasing taxes on gas, petrol, diesel and other essential commodities, and on the other hand, giving exemptions of lakhs of crores of rupees to the big corporate houses.
