Sharing the  pain and outrage of people of Kasumpti Assembly constituency CPI(M) state leader Dr Kuldeep Tanwar said that local people are facing extreme hardships due to lack of education, Health and portable water . Dr Tanwar said in a letter to Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur that people are in  pain  because future of the children of the poor and downtrodden community is at stake.”Neither the government, nor the MLA, nor the education department has any concern with this problem” he said.It seems that the corona period is not over  for the children of Dhali, as the primary school of Peeran Panchayat of Mashobra block is not functioning. He said that 62 children of  poor and downtrodden families are studying in the school however  there is no regular teacher in the school since last 6 months.Temporary appointments of teachers are being made for one week each, whereas according to the rules, schools with more than 60 students should have at least three teachers. The school has three rooms for five classes, one for staff and two rooms for five classes. The condition of the school building is such that on March 8, only one pillar fell on the verandah where the students sit for classes. It was fortunate that the children were not there at that time or else a big accident could have happened. The education department was  informed by Himachal Kisan Sabha, SMC and Panchayat representatives after submitted a memorandum over mishap.  But the department ignored it and did not take any cognizance of it.

Staff could not appointed as  posting of multi task worker in Dhali school could not be done due to confusion between Dhali and Dahali.  He says that issues are being constantly ignore as many poor people have no redressal of thier problem .
