Constable paper leak : SIT file 1st charge sheet against 91 accused’s

Special Investigation Team constitute to probe state biggest constable questions paper leak case today filled first set of chargesheet against 91 accuseds who were booked at Police station Gaggal under Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh after complaint of paper leak by the some candidates. A press release issued here today by police headquarter said that chargesheet was moved 

day on Saturday against 91 accuseds who were booked  under section 420,120B, & 201 of IPC PS Gaggal. 

The charge sheeted persons include 20 Middle men, one Father of candidate  and 70 Candidates.The Charge Sheet has been filed in the court of Additional Court of Judicial Magistrate Kangra. It is worthwhile to mention that SIT was constituted for the investigation of cases pertaining to leakage of HP Police Constables

Recruitment Written Examination has arrested 171 persons so far. Out of arrested persons, 116 are candidates, 09 are fathers of candidates and 46 are agents,(21 from HP and 25 from various States other than HP). Three FIR has been registered at Police station Gaggal, Police station Arki in Solan district and CID police station Bharari at Shimla.
