Congress MLA warned about unrest in Lahaul & Spiti

In the Congress government of the state, there is chaos in the tribal district of Lahaul Spiti, which is adjacent to China. The posts of all the three SDMs of the district are vacant. The posts of DFO and BDO are also vacant. Apart from this, there are no unique Tehsildars either. It is clear that due to the absence of officers in this sensitive district adjacent to China in the Sukhu government, people are upset.

Congress MLA Ravi Thakur has said that all the three SDMs were removed from Udaipur, Keylong and Kaza sub-divisions of Lahaul-Spiti after the assembly elections. Apart from this, the DFO was also transferred from there. Now there is no BDO either. Not only this, there is no Naib Tehsildar either. If the youth want to get the certificate for the job then they are not getting it. Playing with their future.

Ravi Thakur claimed that he spoke to the Chief Minister several times regarding this issue. They also get calls from the Chief Minister that he is going to fill these posts, but so far the posts have not been filled. Due to this, the displeasure of the public is increasing.

Congress MLA from Lahul Spiti Ravi Thakur has raised this issue and put his own government in the dock. Not only the Chief Minister, he has put the Chief Secretary and the Home Secretary in the dock. Undoubtedly, the Chief Minister is not taking the situation of this district adjacent to China seriously, but the Home Secretary and the Chief Secretary must have understood the seriousness. Ravi Thakur has also written a letter to party president Pratibha Singh in this regard.

Remember that China is engaged in construction works across the border of Lahul Spiti and Sanjay Kundu, the Director General of Police in the Jairam government, submitted a report to the Jairam government and the governor, in which it was said that people should be settled in the villages adjacent to China so that there But be populated. It was also cited in this report that most of the elderly people are left in the villages there. The youth have migrated to the cities. Now the home secretary and chief secretary of the state must have understood the meaning of making such a district devoid of officers. It has been only three months since Sukhu came to power, but he should have taken the demands of his MLA seriously. But this is not happening.
