The reason for this was that the meeting hastily approved a tender which was given to a company by increasing its price many times more and many officers were absent in this because they knew that this type of corruption was going to happen. The state finance department has raised many types of objections in the minutes of the meeting. The first objection is that the tender whose cost is Rs 175 crore is financed by the World Bank, the person who is being given the contract has increased it to Rs 245 crore and this meeting was called in a hurry to approve it, in which the tender was passed despite the objection of the Finance Department. The tender was made by a single bidder, many reasons were given to justify it. We are also sharing a copy of this with the media. This is a government document on which there is also a signature. The reason given in this is that a single bidder came and his tender was given and it has become a trend that a single bidder comes and we have to tender again. We do not want to go into such formalities and that is why we have to give the tender. This tender is allotted in a hurry. It is written in the minutes of the meeting that the cost of the cable will have to be borne by the additional bidder, there was no cable component in this tender, later after talking to another bidder, the cable component was put in the tender and it was written that the additional cost of this will be borne by the bidder, whereas the money belongs to the World Bank, the company has to only do the work. Such arguments have been given in it, this open corruption is happening in the current Congress government. This company was registered in Uttar Pradesh in 2022 and the name of the company is M/s Bharat Kan Corporate Limited, it is formed in Chittor, Bhajol Tehsil Chandosi District Sambal UP. How much work experience will it have. The tender was allotted to Kamani by increasing the tender cost by at least 39%. This is a direct corruption of Rs 100 crore, which has happened under the protection of the current state government.

Sudhir said that is it not the case that due to the current by-elections, in view of the other expenses that are being incurred, it was decided to award this tender as soon as possible to meet the expenses. What was the hurry in this, the tender should have been issued again. Accusing the current government, he said that this is a case of open corruption, with documents, in violation of rules. Such cases of corruption have become common in Congress rule.
