Pratibha Singh has said that Congress is standing with the public on the issues of rising inflation, unemployment and corruption in the state. Addressing a public meeting at Chidgaon in Rohru assembly constituency today, Pratibha Singh said that BJP’s wrong policies and dictatorial decisions have put the country and the state in serious trouble today. People are troubled by rising inflation and unemployment. BJP never talks on this.
Criticizing the BJP, Pratibha Singh said that while doing the politics of regionalism, BJP has always been baking its political bread by dividing people into religion and region. He said that the BJP government of the state has completely ruined the economy of apple growers. This government of farmers and gardeners did not take any care.
Pratibha Singh said that former Chief Minister Late Virbhadra Singh will always be our inspiration. He said that even though Virbhadra Singh is no longer with us, his blessings will always be with him. Virbhadra Singh will never be forgotten in the new construction of the state.
Pratibha Singh said that Virbhadra Singh had special love and affection for the people of Rohru. The people of Rohru also loved him very much. This is the buzz that Rohru constituency has always been a Congress stronghold and will continue to be so. For this he will always be grateful to the people.
Pratibha Singh said that the police recruitment paper was not leaked in the state, it was sold. He said that a lot of deception and injustice has happened to the unemployed in the state which can never be tolerated.
Pratibha Singh, while calling for party candidate Mohan Lal Brakta to win again with a thumping majority, said that Brakta’s seniority will be taken care of if the government is formed.
Pratibha Singh said that the Rohru Vidhan Sabha constituency was completely neglected in the last five years during the BJP rule. He said that all the development works which were started during the time of former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh are still stuck there. The Chief Minister visited Rohru many times and kept on misleading the public by making false announcements in the name of development, by running a new tradition of worshiping the land of the schemes of the previous Congress government. He said that the all-round development of this area during the time of Congress government was the gift of Virbhadra Singh and today Rohru Vidhan Sabha constituency has its own identity in every field. He said that there is acute shortage of staff in most of the educational institutions of Rohru region. Many posts of doctors and para medical staff are running vacant in the health centers. People are facing a lot of problems. He assured the people that in the state. As soon as the Congress government is formed, these problems will be solved in this area.
