By-election notification in Himachal shortly, razor walk for the election commission

Election Commission of India likely to be announced the date of by election shortly in the states it is razor walk for the ECI and political parties to conduct the electioneering and campaigning in  India Second biggest parliamentary constituency keeping the outbreak of Corona Pandemic 
Hectic parley and increasing political presence of prominent faces in the public just before the scheduled by-election indicating that they want restore the public trust taking advantage of the Corona Window period early as possible. The elections have been turn super spreaders of Corona Virus in the past as ECI have to face the snub from High Courts in the recent time  could be termed as razor walk for the commission and political parties especially the ruling one .. 
The election commission is already working to scheduled  by election for Mandi Lok Sabha after demise of Former BJP MP Mr Ramswrop Sharma in mysterious circumstances, demise of Former Congress MLA Mr Sujjan Singh Pathania in Fatehpur assembly in Kangra district and Former BJP MLA Mr Narinder Bragta in Jubbal and Kotkhai assembly.
The sources in the ECI told our reporter that notification for the by election which is already scheduled could be announced in a week or after it. The way ruling party is in the process of hunting the suitable and invincible faces indicates that it has made its mind to go ahead with by poll soon as only one years is left for the present assembly and Lok Sabha election is due in 2023. Moreover ECI or Governments in the state and Centre could be in hurry to conduct early byelections as the threat of 3rd wave of Covid pandemic is looming large which may hit before Diwali or earlier this year.
This could be political compulsion for the ruling parties in wake of devastation caused by the worst ever Covid pandemic to the lives and economy also eroded the popularity of the government to large extents for its failure to tackle and handle the expected outbreak. The BJP have advantage to go for early election in wake of its own government in the state and center moreover selections of candidates is easy for the ruling party.
If we consider the issue of Mandi parliamentary by-election both the BJP-Congress hunting for renowned faces. Both the parties are currently burning its mid night lamp to shortlist candidates keeping the pandemic and very less time for campaigning in mind in the India’s second biggest Parliamentary constituency after Jaisalmer of Rajasthan.
The parliamentary segment is also spread  in the Tribal areas like LahaulSpiti, ,Pangi and Bharmour of Chamba and Kinnuar and hard area of Rampur district is not only critical for conducting of poll smoothly however inclement weather and uncertain weather challenges is challenging for the candidates as they could not visit the entire constituency in the expected short period .
The local political experts say that in wake of hard area and tough-terrain  no political party could affords to put the novice or green horns in the fray and would give well established leaders.
Number of Covid causalities hit large the Mandi districts vis a vis to other areas during last one and half months as people are still exposed and suffering to corona pandemic could not be cake walk to the election commission as well as political parties to go head with poll without paying the crisis .
 Voter’s safety is most important factor and mobilization of polling staff and other concerned persons would definitely threat their safety. So election commission would try to conduct LS seat by-election within minimum possible time period. 
After the month of September it would not be possible to conduct election in a remote area of parliamentary constituency like Lahul Spiti. In these conditions election commission would try to complete election process before upcoming September end. 
Beside this political parties don’t have enough time to even men to men direct approach in all parliamentary constituency. That’s why the election campaigning will be easy to an established politician as a candidate. 
Similarly BJP and Congress want to retained their bastion in Jubbal-Kotkahi and Fathepur in the by-poll. The election would likely to be held in one go due to less safe period in between and impending circumstances. Out come of recent by elections and PRI and Urban Local Bodies elections indicates that its is not one-sided game to both parties when the public mood in delusion to losing of their near and dear one, apathy of political dispensations to handle the crisis ineptly and negligently and economic loss render to their livelihood and shutting down of employment avenues and business of people in most odd time
