BJYM Shimla set up a Namo tea stall near IGMC taxi stand and Ridge ground, in which tea was served to about five hundred people and the Namo app was also downloaded in the phones of more than three hundred people.
On this occasion, BJYM State President Tilak Raj, District President Hanish Chopra, Chaupal Assembly MLA Bittu Verma, former minister Suresh Bhardwaj, Shimla Urban candidate Sanjay Sood, media in-charge Karan Nanda, Mandal President Sunil Dhar, Ganesh Dutt also interacted with the people and Also made people aware about the schemes launched by Modi government. People from different parts of the state enjoyed the tea prepared by Yuva Morcha workers, which included the patients who had come for treatment at IGMC and the attendants accompanying them. Mandal President Shyam Sharma, Vice President Vikas Bragta, Office Secretary Abhishek Khanna and other workers actively participated in encouraging people to download the NaMo app.

On this occasion, we also gave full publicity to the schemes of the Center of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said that now in Himachal Pradesh, people will have to shell out more for revenue-related works. After increasing the rates of land-related land, the state government has now increased the rates of various revenue-related works also. Even the sale deed has now been capped. Now, if a woman buys land, she will have to pay only four percent fee on deals up to Rs 80 lakh, but on more than Rs 80 lakh, she will have to pay eight percent as per the market value. If the buyer is a male, he will have to pay six percent duty up to Rs 50 lakh and eight percent for more than Rs 50 lakh. Not only this, but there has also been a big increase in the fees for other revenue related works. Earlier the fee for Special Power of Attorney was only Rs 100, but now it has been increased to Rs 1000. Similarly, earlier the fee for General Power of Attorney was Rs 150, but now for this also a fee of Rs 1500 will have to be paid. Now for gift deed also a minimum fee of Rs 2,000 and maximum of Rs 5,000 will have to be paid. Now a separate formula has been decided for lease also. Transfer charges have also been fixed. Earlier the fee for the affidavit was Rs 10, but now its fee has also been fixed at Rs 20. Now Rs 100 will be charged for the agreement also. Whereas earlier the fee for Adoption Deed was Rs 100, now a fee of Rs 1,000 will have to be paid for this too. The most important decision regarding the increased rates of fees for revenue works is being considered to be the fee for Sale Deed. In a way, the government has put a cap on this fee. Now 0.05 percent stamp duty will be levied on the loan amount if the land is mortgaged while taking a loan. On the other hand, District Revenue Officer Ajay Kumar said that stamp duty has been increased for various revenue works. The Congress government has continuously given the gift of inflation to the public.
