BJP will not be able to touch even the 200 mark in Lok Sabha elections: Rohit Thakur
BJP has lost its air in the three phases of elections held so far for the Lok Sabha elections. This time BJP will not be able to even touch the 200 mark. Education Minister Rohit Thakur said this while meeting journalists in Shimla. He said that BJP is a government of promises that makes big promises but wants to grab power by doing politics of polarization on the ground. After this, there is going to be a big change in the country where BJP is going to collapse like India Shining in 2004. On June 4, BJP is going to get a big shock with a big defeat.
Rohit Thakur said that BJP does not talk about the promises made in 2014 even after being in power for ten years. From PM Modi to the top leaders of BJP, they only talk about polarization. Today, BJP neither talks about unemployment, inflation, farmers and gardeners nor about the safety of women. He said that in 2014, PM Modi had talked about providing 2 crore jobs every year to the youth of the country, but today the country has broken the 45-year record in unemployment rate. The country has reached the top unemployment rate in the world. He said that today the youth of the country are forced to fry pakodas and women are being tortured in the country. Inflation is at its peak and farmers and gardeners are forced to commit suicide. In the last ten years, the farmers and gardeners of the country kept protesting for their demands but the arrogant government ultimately had to withdraw three black agricultural laws. Similarly, the dream of joining the army for the youth in the country has been shattered by the Agniveer scheme which has troubled the youth.
Taking on BJP candidate and former MP from Shimla parliamentary constituency, Suresh Kashyap, Rohit Thakur said that Suresh Kashyap remained underground in the last five years. Neither appeared among the public nor could solve the problems of the public. He said that the MP also promoted nepotism in the MPLAD fund. Five years ago, the BJP candidate had got a lead of Rs 41 thousand from 46 panchayats of Nalagarh assembly constituency of Solan, but in five years, ignoring 27 panchayats of the same assembly, he did not get a single penny, for which the people here will now answer. Similarly, the Panchayats of Sirmaur and Shimla districts have also been ignored where nepotism was practiced in distributing MPLAD funds.
Rohit Thakur said that Congress is winning with huge majorities in the Lok Sabha and Assembly by-elections. On June 4, with the blessings of the people in the divine state, all the Congress candidates are going to achieve a big victory.
