BJP leaders should think about Shanta Kumar’s advice: Pathania
Deputy Chief Whip Kewal Singh Pathania has advised BJP leaders to reflect on the advice of former Chief Minister Shanta Kumar. He said that the statement of senior BJP leader Shanta Kumar is absolutely right that merely building Ram temple is not enough, but we have to adopt the ideals of Lord Ram in life. He said that forgetting the ideals of Lord Ram, they are conspiring to grab power by adopting money power and other tactics. BJP neither cares about morality nor about the ideals of Lord Ram, rather their leaders are trapped in power.
Kewal Singh Pathania said that Ram is Maryada Purushottam, whereas BJP leaders are bent on subverting the dignity and doing low level politics. Today BJP has no connection whatsoever with Lord Ram. He said that the joining of six Congress rebels and three independents into BJP confirms that the leaders of Himachal BJP are the architects of the conspiracies to topple the government. It was the BJP that took him on a helicopter and chartered plane tour and spent crores of rupees to accommodate him in expensive star hotels for a month. He said that today BJP leaders are celebrating the addition of 9 former MLAs to their party, putting on skits, but even after seeing the spark burning in their party, they are ignoring it. BJP leaders are also forgetting that in democracy, public welfare is supreme. Ultimately everyone will have to go to the public court and the voters of the state are watching this crude joke on democracy. He said that the voters of the state are ready to teach a lesson to the BJP and will not tolerate any insult to the mandate.
Deputy Chief Whip Kewal Singh Pathania said that the Congress rebels have today sat in the lap of the BJP, which has pushed the future of lakhs of youth of the state into darkness. During the tenure of the previous BJP government, papers were auctioned in Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission and police recruitment paper was leaked. Even today BJP leaders are trying to stop the pension of Rs 1500 given to women. BJP is not only anti-youth and anti-women, but also anti-Himachal. He said that what will happen to the public if the rebel leaders do not belong to the Congress party like their mother. Today, he has joined BJP as a traitor to the party just to achieve his own ends. He said that the strength of Congress is the people of the state and the full blessings of the people are with the Congress government led by Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu. He said that with the love of the public, the present government will definitely complete its five-year tenure and no conspiracy of the BJP will succeed.
