BJP is public welfare and Congress is anti-people government: Bindal

BJP working committee meeting started at Una Royal Castle under the chairmanship of BJP state president Dr Rajiv Bindal.

National Vice President Saudan Singh, Incharge Shrikant Sharma, Co-Incharge Sanjay Tandon, MPs Anurag Thakur, Suresh Kashyap, Rajiv Bhardwaj, Harsh Mahajan, Indu Goswami, Sikandar Kumar, General Secretary Siddharthan, Bihari Lal Sharma, Trilok Kapoor and Sikandar Kumar were present in the meeting.

Addressing the meeting, BJP State President Dr. Rajiv Bindal said that BJP is a public welfare government and Congress is an anti-people government. Former Chief Minister Shanta Kumar is still known as the Chief Minister of water, Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal is known as the Chief Minister of roads and Jairam Thakur is known as the Chief Minister of public welfare. The Congress government in Himachal Pradesh has only done the work of increasing inflation, closing institutions, closing public welfare schemes, destroying the schemes of the previous government. This government is a government of lockout, inflation, corruption, anti-people, friends. The Sukhwinder government of Congress is neck deep in corruption. Under the protection of the Chief Minister, the state government has set records of corruption, corruption here is not stopping. Every day new cases are coming to light in the state. Single tender, getting tenders at higher prices, land, energy, GST and many scams are coming before the public.

He said that law and order situation in Himachal is going through its worst phase, more than 7 shooting cases, more than 250 murder cases, more than 3000 drug cases, more than 950 cases of atrocities against women have come before the public in a very short tenure. Drug and addiction business is going on under the protection of the government.

Bindal said that the Congress government is a government of friends, a liar and the most useless government. The oxygen of the Congress party is nepotism and a big proof of this has been seen in Himachal as well. Targeting the Congress, Bindal said that the Congress has caused more damage to the country than the British. If anyone has done the work of selling the country, partition, emergency and spreading casteism, then it is only the Congress party.

Bindal said that BJP workers have achieved the target with self-power, it is the tireless hard work of all the leadership and workers of BJP due to which BJP has won 8 elections in Rajya Sabha, Lok Sabha and Assembly.

He said that in the BJP Working Committee, a resolution was taken by the BJP workers to run a public awareness campaign against drug abuse in the society. BJP is going to start a decisive war against drug abuse.

All BJP MLAs, state officials, district presidents, divisional presidents, front and cell presidents and conveners were present in the meeting.
