BJP file complaint regarding impersonation & circulation of fake press release

Stoic silence prevails in the ruling BJP Camp this morning as a false press release was foundin circulation allegedly showing that it has allotted ticket to Bollywood star Kangana Ranaut for Mandi Parliamentary seat, Chetan Bragat for Jubbal Kotkhai Assembly constituency, Govind Sharma for Arki and Punkaj Happy for Fatehpur Assembly which was declared fake by the party and lodged complaint with the police.
BJP whats-app handle shocked everyone by releasing another lists of 16 assembly and three parliamentary segments in which party said that it has alloted ticket to Brigadier Khushal Thakur for  Mandi Parliamentary, Neelam Saraik for Jubbal Kotkhai, Rattan Pal for Arki and Mr Baldev for the Fatehpur.  Interestingly both the press release in circulation on   party officials and non official social media group was signed by Arun Singh National General Secretary of BJP Headquarter onsimilar letter paid. The date and address of BJP HQ was printed almost similar but media persons having calls from publicsince early morning over the verification of the actual candidates.
However the party whats-app handles denied the veracity of separate lists and all the candidates listed as party ticket holdersa copy of complaint have been forwarded on the party handle which was signed by the Pyar Singh Kanwar Office Secy ofBJP at Deepkamal party state headquarter.
One page complaint was addressed to SP Cyber Crime Police Station (CID) Shimla-2 alleging that some unknown was indulugedimpersonation and circulation of false press release on the social media. Mr Kanwar alleged that  before it could issue press release of choice of party official ticket holders to contest in the bye poll a false press release having date of Oct 7 2021 has been circulation in the social media.
Party stated that list was released by anonymous persons impersonation of  Arun Singh. National General Secretary of BJP Headquarter.Party alleged that someone is did this act to cheat the voters with intent to affect the results of the upcoming bye election.
Ruling party said that some one committed offence punishable under the information Technology Act 2000 and IPC 1860, party office secysaid demanding to registered FIR against unknown person.
