BJP blames party rebel for Violation of MCC, A account ID changed to Bhagwan Janata party

 Ruling Bharatiya Janta Party in the state blamed party rebel and Independent candidate Chetan Bragta for  violation of Model Code of Conduct allegedly illegaly misusing party Soical media accounts despite he was expelled by  the party.
In a complain addressed to Election Commission of India party Election incharge Vivek Sharma said that Independent Candidate Chetan Bragta is allegedly illegal using BJP social media who are privay to its accounts as he remained party IT Cell incharge.
Complaint said that action of Mr Bragta is  violation of Model Code of Conduct and an offense under information technology as well as under Indian Penal Code & ECI rules.
Party said in the complainant  that since Chetan Bragta was member of BJP  and knew all secrets of BJP social media including  various twitter accounts , facebook accounts now taking undue advantage of circumstances by illegally misusing the accounts and various platforms of BJP.
Party also blamed party rebel that Mr Bragta is misleading and influencing the voters by defrauding them and defaming the BJP Candidate in the public.
Party also alleged that reputation , trust and goodwill of BJP and its candidate in Jubbal Kotkhai is at stake due to illegal activities Mr. Bragta.
Party accepted the fact that it could not manage the account since suspension  or deletion of these accounts may take time.
If action would not taken against the alleged offences in time it will cause large loss to party and its candidate which will amount to death of democratic process and free polls . 
Party also alleged that  Chetan Bragta is missing facebook and twitter account of his father Late Mr Narender Bragta .
Party blamed in the petition that name of the  account of BJP Jubbal Kotkhai being used in the change  ID ( BAGWAN JANTA PARTY ) which is by no stretch of imagination a political party .
 Third party handle is misused by using BAGWAN JANTA PARTY . 
Chetan Bragta candidature should be suspended and legal action be taken against him under various penal and laws, party demanded.
