Bindiya Kaushal of the Himachal Pradesh Police has set a new record by completing an expedition to 6,250 meters (20,600 feet) in Jammu and Kashmir. She is the first female officer to conquer two peaks, funding both expeditions herself. Kang Yatse Peak, known for its difficulty and challenging climb, typically takes 10 to 12 days to complete, but some trekkers manage it in six days.
