Anti constitutional statement by mins -CPI(M) seeks disqualification of Assy membership

State unit of CPI(M) seek disqualification of Vidhan Sabha membership of cabinet minister Mahinder Singh Thakur for allegedly giving Anti constitutional statement during a public meeting recently.
Party state Secretary Dr Onkar Shad in a press statement issued here today that  Vidhan Sabha Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar and Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur should disqualify the membership of cabinet minister for his Anti constitutional statement in public meeting and behaving in autocratic fashion in the public office.
In the joint statement given by Dr Shad and secretariat member Dr Kuldeep Singh Tanwar alleged that Mr Thakur  stated recently that he would not do any work of CPI(M) people which is sheer violation of oath of public office and anti constitutional action.
He have no right to be continue in the public office if minister does not want to obey the constitutional morality Party alleged that during Nirmand visit of Kullu district Mr Thakur refused to take the demand letter of Farmers union and stated that if they are comrade ( People belonged to CPM) he wouldn’t do their work.

Part said that money being allotted for the development neither belonged to minister nor his family as public funds are meant for people, if minister would try to grab it by virtue of his high position People know how to snatch it.
Condemning the high headedness of minister and allegedly snubbing the officials during Janmunch party further blamed the minister started misbehaving with the top state officials and abusing them.
Exposing the Minister for his spat with Chief Secretary Mr Anil Khachi recently party said that Mr Khachi is honest and transparent officers and known for doing  his duty with full official integrity. Party said that in fact minister is frustrated as officials is  did not want to work on the in transparent manner.

Opposition is blaming Minister that he wanted to  spend 50 per cent funds under Jaljeevan Mission in his assembly constituency now  trying to spend National Disaster Relief Funds to benefit his supporters and contractors , Party also alleged working in un parliamentary way minister wanted to misuse the money for election purpose.
Terming it BJP policy to not talk with farmers from top to bottom party alleged that the way farmers are protesting on Delhi border for last seven months, four lane Sangarash Samiti People were stopped by Police to not hand over the memorandum to Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on Wednesday and the anti constitutional statement of Mahinder Singh Thakur speak about the antifarmer policy of Modi government.
Party warned the government to take action against the minister of Govt failed to tackle the issue it would held a state committee meeting on Jun 26 and 27 to make next strategy to lodge state wide protest with the farmers.
