Annual GPF Account Statements uploaded on website
A spokesperson of the Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh informed here today that Annual GPF Account Statements for the Financial Year 2021-22 of H.P. Government employees have been uploaded on the H.P. State Government website www.himkosh.nic.in for the respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers in the State for distribution amongst the subscribers working under them. He requested the DDOs to follow the procedure as under for downloading the GPF statement in bulk (i) open the H.P. Government Website (ii) Click on Himkosh Link, (iii) click on GPF Statement link, this link opens the page of Website of the Principal Accountant General. (iv) Click on the information for DDOs link. Thereafter fill the Column Treasury Code, DDOs Code and Password (v) Click on login (vi) Click on link of Download Employees Annual GPF Statement. He requested the DDOs to change this password for security purpose at their own level. This facility is also available on the same page.
He said that subscribers should obtain their Annual GPF Account Statements from the respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers and examine it thoroughly for their satisfaction. They should confirm that the balances shown therein are correct; in case of any discrepancy they can point it out to the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, Shimla online in Complaints/Suggestion box or through E-mail at agaehimachalpradesh@cag.gov.in or by making correspondence. Full particulars of any missing credits/debits may be sent to the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla duly certified by their Drawing and Disbursing Officers by the end of September, 2022. The subscribers can also see their Annual GPF Statements on our website at www.aghp.cag.gov.in.
