Anand Sharma left for Kangra after taking the blessings of Maa Kalibari in Shimla
Senior Congress leader and Lok Sabha candidate from Kangra-Chamba parliamentary constituency Anand Sharma has left for Kangra for the election battle with the blessings of Maa Kalibari. After worshiping the Mother Goddess along with his supporters at the famous Maa Kalibari temple in Shimla on Friday morning, Anand Sharma attacked the Modi government at the Centre.
Congress candidate Anand Sharma while attacking the Central Government said that like in the last 10 years, BJP is once again trying to confuse. Today, PM Modi neither talks about the development of the country nor the promises made to the people, nor is he able to give the account of the last ten years to the public. He said that today PM Modi is neither talking about the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir nor the 2 crore employment created every year from the youth of the country, apart from this the Agniveer scheme brought in the name of army recruitment and old pension of employees. Don’t talk about the scheme.
Today we do not talk about the true situation of the country but talk about misleading the public with imaginary things. He said that the BJP should fight elections on the issues of the country and not divert attention from the issues.
Anand Sharma said that this year’s Lok Sabha elections have special importance for the country and Himachal. Where about 100 crore voters will elect the new government in the country. He said that it is my good fortune that Congress has made me a candidate for the Kangra-Chamba Lok Sabha seat. I am grateful to the Congress High Command for going among the public and finalizing my name. He said that I have been serving the party for almost 5 decades and a true soldier, due to which I have been made a candidate for the Kangra-Chamba seat. I will win the election and give the gift of victory to the High Command.
On this occasion, Congress Party State Vice President Naresh Chauhan, former MLA Harbhajan Singh Bhajji, Congress Media Coordinator GS Tomar, Additional Advocate Sushant Kaprate, and many other supporters were present.
