All India Congress Committee Scheduled Caste Department National Executive meeting will be held on February 1 at Rajiv Bhawan, Shimla
Giving this information in a press release issued here, Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee Scheduled Caste Department President Amit Nanda said that in this meeting, apart from all the state presidents of the Scheduled Caste Department across the country, all the members of the National Executive, members of the National Executive Committee and In-charge of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes, Dr. K. Raju and National President Shri Rajesh will be present as special guests of Lilothia.
Nanda said that in the meeting, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee President and MP Pratibha Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, Health Minister Dr. Colonel Dr. Dhaniram Shandil, Ayush and Youth Services and Sports Minister Yadvinder Goma, Deputy Speaker of the Assembly were present. Vinay Kumar, CPS Mohan Lal Brakta, Kishori Lal, and all Congress MLAs from Scheduled Caste assembly constituencies will be present.
In the meeting, preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and the importance of Scheduled Castes in the Congress Party will be discussed in detail.
In the second session of the meeting, a detailed discussion will be held with the coordinators of the assembly constituencies belonging to Scheduled Caste, Tribe and Other Backward Class under LDM (Leadership Development Scheme), in which what efforts will be made at the ground level to highlight the youth leadership related to this class. Emphasis will be laid on what needs to be done. Before this, a conversation with some intellectuals has also been organized in the evening on 31st January at Peter Hof.
Amit Nanda said that the preparations for the meeting have been finalized and all the participants and special guests will be welcomed with Himachali musical instruments and traditions at the State Guest House Peter Hof on the evening of 31 January and on 1 February at Rajiv Bhawan, Shimla. .
