Kuldeep Tanwar specially participated. Addressing the meeting, the state president said that the agrarian crisis is increasing in the country due to the capitalist policies of the central government. And the youth, farmers and small businessmen of the country are getting badly affected. Inflation unemployment is more than last 45 years. Due to wrong policies of the government, about 5 lakh farmers have committed suicide in last 25 years. Because now a deal is being made for the loss of farmers. When the 380-long farmer’s movement was postponed, the central government had promised the farmers to enact MSP law and form a coordination committee. But the government made a bet with the farmers. Farmers will again start their agitation against the promises of the government. Sabha’s District Secretary Rajendra Thakur said that ginger, garlic, tomato, vegetables, fruits, wheat, paddy fly, etc. crops are produced in Sirmaur district. But due to not getting the right price and lack of proper arrangements, the crops of the farmers are sold at throwaway prices. And sometimes it gets spoiled at home due to not getting the right price. That’s why it is necessary to have a crop based processing industry in District Sirmaur. Government should take initiative in this.
