Active cases of Covid-19 rose to 1137 in Himachal,Positivity rate on rise

The active cases of Covid -19 is once again rising in the state as it has increased to 1137on July 30 compared to 1098 on July 29 & 993 on July 28 and positivity rate also increased above two compared to 0.8 on July 29.
State Disaster Management Authority which keeps the detail of Covid cases stated htat Mandi district currently have 262 positive cases, Chamba 236, Kangra 177 and Shimla 144.
The positivity rate went up to 1.8 likely to be increased by two today. The Mandi district recorded an alarming seven positivity rate and Kullu 6.3 ,Chamba 2.2 Solan 17 and Shimla and Hamirpur 1.1.
Case fatality ratio is alarming 15.4  in Shimla district however it is 0.9 in the state In last 24 hrs two deathdue to Covid was recorded in Shimla district. 
Keeping the lowest but upsing Covid graph oxygen beds have just 116 per cent occupancy, and ICU beds 7.94 pcThere are around 2662 Oxygen and 277 ICU Beds in the state which is much less than the state projected 5000 bedscapacity for the 2nd wave. There is no ICU bed in Kinnuar and the number of ICU beds in Kangra is 70 and Oxygen bed 635 Solan has 23 ICU and 378 Oxygen bed capacity and Shimla 371 and 50 respectively . 
The upward trend in the active cases, positivity rate and fatality is the first time in this month as it was coming downon a daily basis, an alarming call to the health authority .
