ACJM court amended reference of NBW in E-court portal
In a criminal case filed by Ms Sudarshana Chundawat against Shimla Rural MLA Vikramaditya Singh and other, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Udaipur today amended e-court portal proceeding about the reference of Non-bailable warrant against Vikramditya Singh and others on the plea of defense counsel. The counsel for Vikramaditya Singh and Smt Pratibha Singh, M/s Durga Singh Shekhawat moved an application before the court of ACJM Udaipur today seeking correction in the e-court portal. Accepting the plea of defense counsel court has now amended the proceedings by replacing Service for NBW with Cognizance/ issuance of process /service in the e-cout portal now. As it has been stated earlier that wife of MLA Vikramaditya Singh has lodged a Criminal Case against Mr Singh, his mother Pratibha Singh, his sister Aprajita Sing and others. The matter was listed for hearing before ACJM court today but due to boycott of bar association members the court matter hearing was adjourned for next date. The spouse of MLA has blamed Mr Singh and his family for allegedly involved in domestic violance against her and demanding dowry as case was registered in the court under section 12 of Domestic violance Act. The matter was filed before the court on Oct 17, 2022 and first hearing was scheduled on November 17, 2022, the court webportal highlights. It is worthwhile to mention that Mr Vikramditya Singh have also issued rebuttal over the Media and Soical media reporting of this case terming it his a family Internal matter. I didn’t want to divulge anything about the matter since such issues belonged to his family. He said that the matter would be sorted out with mediation soon.
