AAP state president Surjit Thakur’s challenge to BJP and Congress
Aam Aadmi Party’s state president Surjit Thakur has openly challenged the ruling party BJP and Congress by holding a press conference in Shimla. AAP State President Surjit Thakur while challenging Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said that he makes claims of being friendly to the farmers and employees among the public, if in reality the Jai Ram government has done development in the state, then show it by asking for votes in the name of development. While challenging the Congress, he said that the promises they are making to the people of Himachal should be fulfilled in Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan. Is Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel giving the facilities to the people of Chhattisgarh, which he is promising to the people of Himachal? First give those facilities to the people of Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, then make a promise to the people of Himachal. Surjit Thakur said that the people of the state are not going to be misled by the promises of BJP and Congress.
* If you have the courage, show Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur by asking for votes from the public in the name of work.
Surjit Thakur said that Jai Ram government makes big claims and promises of development. He talked about development in the last five years with farmers, education, health, employees on every platform. Surjit Thakur while challenging Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said that if you have courage, show it by asking for votes in the name of work from the public. The Chief Minister of Delhi, Kejriwal had shown courage and told the people of Delhi that if you have done work, then vote only, if you do not, then do not vote. Only Aam Aadmi Party can do this courage because Aam Aadmi Party fulfills every guarantee given to the people on formation of the government. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur is making hollow promises among the people, which are never going to be fulfilled.
* Bhupesh Baghel and Sachin Pilot should first give facilities to the public in their states, then come to Himachal and give guarantee.
Surjit Thakur while challenging the Congress leaders said that Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and Rajasthan’s Sachin Pilot are making false promises to the people of Himachal. First Congress should give 300 units of free electricity to the people of Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, then make promises to the people of Himachal. Surjit Thakur questioned whether the Congress government is giving 1500 rupees per month to the women of the Congress-ruled Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh? What is the fault of the women there that the Congress government is not giving them 1500 rupees per month. He should first give free electricity to the people of both the states, 1500 rupees per month to women and employment to the youth, then come to Himachal and make promises. Congress is making false promises to mislead the public. None of the Congress promises are going to be fulfilled. Congress has no intention of providing facilities to the people. If it had been fixed, first he would have done it in Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, then he would have promised to the people of Himachal.
* Both the parties are lying, misleading the public at the time of elections. Guarantee is fulfilled only by Aam Aadmi Party.
Surjit Thakur said that the people of Himachal have full faith in the policies and guarantees of Aam Aadmi Party. The people of Himachal are ready to form the Aam Aadmi Party government in the state. Aam Aadmi Party did what it said earlier in Delhi, they are doing what they said in Punjab. All the guarantees given by Arvind Kejriwal to the public in Delhi have been fulfilled. Delhi’s education and health model is being discussed all over the country and abroad. When the people of Punjab trusted the policies of Aam Aadmi Party, then Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has fulfilled many guarantees within five months. In Punjab, single pension, regular employment, mohalla clinics, jobs for youth, curbing corruption and the people of Punjab are getting 300 units of electricity free. Electricity bills of 22 lakh people are coming to zero in Punjab. 100 Mohalla Clinics have started in Punjab. In which people are getting better health facilities. Only and only Aam Aadmi Party is the only party that does what it says, does what it says, does not make hollow promises to the public like these two parties
