He also gave advice to the opposition party of the house, Congress and said that Congress has also failed in playing the role of opposition for four and a half years. Congress MLAs should also debate public issues and raise public issues in the house instead of walking out of the house. Congress has failed to raise public issues in the House for four and a half years. The BJP government benefits from the Congress’s walkout and avoids answering the questions related to the public. State President of Aam Aadmi Party Surjit Thakur said that crores of rupees are spent by the public in the assembly session. Therefore, the assembly should debate on issues of public interest, not making it a political arena. The session of the Vidhan Sabha takes place so that the opposition raises the issues of the public in the House and after the discussion, the government should take a decision on it. But the Congress party has made the House an arena of politics. It does not raise public issues in the House by doing walkout without issues.
