A police papper leak agent gets nail

Himachal Pradesh High court today granted bail to a middleman arrested in notorious paper leak case. Single bench of Justice Ajay Mohan Goel passing order in a bail application (CRMPM 1182/ 2022) granted regular bail to Virendra son of  Amarchand Village Gram Panchayat Jaghun Post Office Kuhar Tehsil Arki District Solan the accusedsed was in police custody  regarding  the police constable paper leak case. The state police arrested the accusedsed , the accuseds was nabbed by the Special Investigation Team Probing police paper leak case in connection of payment of money to an income tax officer of Rajasthan. According SIT, one Sandeep Tailor r/o ward No. 45, Shanti Nagar Industrial Area Sikar, Tehsil and District Sikar, Rajasthan, who is serving in Income Tax Department as Tax Assistant Group-C at Chittorgarh is the kingpin of paper leak in the Solan module. Who  had taken three lacs rupees each from seven candidates of Solan and Arki area through two middlemen namely Virender Kumar and Dev Raj, who have already been arrested by the SIT. The two middlemen received Rs 50,000/- for their services from Sandeep. 80-90 per cent payment was made online by the candidates, whereas some payment was made in cash.
