A massive fire broke out in houses in Jubbal of Shimla district last night. In this, about 81 rooms of 9 families were burnt to ashes. This incident of fire in Prounty Panchayat of Jubbal happened last night at around 1.15 am. The fire was brought under control after seven hours of hard work, but the belongings of most of the families were burnt. The fortunate thing is that there was no loss of life in this incident of fire. People had also thrown the cattle out of their homes in time. Jubbal Fire Station received this information at 1.34 am. Within a short time, six to seven fire vehicles from Jubbal, Kotkhai, Rohru, and Chirgaon also reached the spot.

But by then the fire had engulfed most of the houses. Due to this, most of the people were not able to take anything out of their houses. According to the information, some families of Prount village were not at home at the time of the incident and live in Shimla. The fire could be controlled by seven in the morning. Although the smoke is still rising. The causes of the fire have not been revealed yet. The local administration has reached the spot and is busy assessing the damage caused by the fire. The incidents of house fires increase during the winter season.
