State Electricity Board Ltd , Shimla Manmohan Sharma , IAS ( HP : 2013 ) , presently under order of transfer as Chief Executive Officer – cum – Managing Director , Shimla Smart City Ltd. , Shimla , with charge of the post of Managing Director , Shimla Jai Prabandhan Nigam Ltd. (SJPNL). Shimla , shall continue to function as Director , Urban Development , Himachal Pradesh , Shimla and Chief Executive Officer – cum – Managing Director , Shimla Smart City Ltd. , Shimla. He shall also continue to hold the additional charge of the post of Managing Director , Shimla Jal Prabandhan Nigam Ltd. ( SJPNL ) , Ms. Rupali Thakur , IAS ( HP : 2014 ) , presently under order of transfer as Director , Urban Development , Himachal Pradesh , Shimla , is now posted as Director , Women & Child Development Department , Himachal Pradesh , Shimla . Ms. Rima Kashyap , IAS ( HP : 2015 ) , presently under order of transfer as Managing Director , H.P. Agro Industries Corporation Ltd. Shimla and Managing Director , H.P. Agro Industrial Packaging India Ltd. Shimla , is now posted as Spl Secretary ( Tourism & Civil Aviation ) . Ms. Kiran Bhadana, IAS (HP: 2017). Additional Controller of Stores , Department of Industries , Himachal Pradesh , Shimla , as Spl Secretary ( MPP & Power and NCES ) . The transfer orders of Capt . (Retd.) J.M.
