45 people were examined in a health camp at Junga

 A health camp was organized in Civil Hospital Junga under the joint aegis of Panchayati Raj Sansthan and Community Based Organization. In which 45 people were checked for blood pressure, sugar, HB, anemia etc. Apart from this, registration of Abha Card was also done.
The medical in-charge of the hospital, Dr. Manoj Verma, said that in this camp, women were also made aware about the 100-day program being implemented on the TB eradication program. Dr. Manoj said that a person who has cough, fever for more than two weeks, is losing weight, and if symptoms like blood in sputum, sweating etc. are found, then it is mandatory for such a person to get tested in the nearest health institution. He said that the state government has started a TB eradication campaign in the entire state from 7 December, under which samples of sputum and mucus of people are being taken and people are being made aware about this disease. He said that all the facilities are available in Junga for checking the symptoms of TB. He said that apart from sputum and blood tests, chest X-rays etc. are also being done in the hospital.
On this occasion, Mashobra Block’s LRP Priya and Suman said that for the convenience of the people, such camps will be organized in every health institution so that people can be examined for minor diseases on the spot. Women of Nari Shakti Gram Sangathan Junga, HNG Didi Rajni, Asha Worker, LRP Bhadech Indira and other women of the group participated in this camp.
