3.4 magnitude  earthquake jolts  Himachal

3.4 magnitude earthquake jolted many district in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu Kashmir in the intervening night of December 2 and 3, Indian Meterogical Department said in a press release issued here today. The epicenter of earthquake was located at Latitude of 32.88 and Longitude  76.05 and 5 km deep near Chaurah area of Chamba  district about 350  km from State capital Shimla. The tremor also felt in the border area in Jammu Kashmir.  The earthquake was felt at 0.38 am on Saturday. No loss of life and property was reported due to earthquake.
