25-30 feared buried in Kinnuar landslide NDRF deployed to rescue

District administration Kinnuar said that at least 25-30 feared buried as they trapped inside a massive landslide occurred at Negalsari near Bhavnagar  on the Hindustan- Tibet National Highway this morning.
Deputy Commissioner Kinnuar Abid Husan Sadik said that NDRF has been arrived on thespot to rescue the trapped people in five  vehicle including a  bus and truck and three other light vehicles at between Bhavnagar-Negualseri in Kinnuar district about 130 km from here around 1200 hrs this morning.
A Murang-Haridwar HRTC bus service , truck and three vehicles are trapped in the landslide , number of casualties is yet to be ascertained. 
Director disaster management authority Mr Sudeksh Kumar Mokta said that at least 25-30 people were buriedin five vehicles as a truck and bus buried under the debris. He said that NDRF team posted at Jeouri wasarrived on the spot. 
The rescue operation could not begin since the landslides and boulders are rolling down continue on thespot. Three to four people who have traped in a vehicle hit by a boulder were rescued from the spot.
He said that a landslide and shooting stone hit the NH-5 at Nigularsari Tehsil Nichar of Kinnaur district onWednesday at 1200 . As per the latest information from DEOC Kinnaur due to the landslide one HRTC busa car and Tipper (truck ) are damaged near the vicinity of the slide area due to continuous slide the SAR teamare unable to reach the incident site.
As per the information by SHO Bhavanagar there are around 25 to 30 passengers stuck or trapped at the incidentHe said that State administration Response team comprising members of local police, home guard, NDRF and  ITBP Jeoriare arrived on the spot . A bus driver was rescued in the mishap.   
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, lcoal MLA Jagat Singh Negi and Congress state co-incharge Sanjay Dutt mourned thecausality in the mishap. Mr Thakur said that said that NDRF team order to began the rescue operation.
Mr Dutt said that he was deeply pained to learn about this accident. urge the authorities to initiate urgent steps torescue the affected. ” I joined the Congress party Himachal family praying for their safety and well being .
