2 Foreigner  held in a NDPS case

Two foreign nationals were held from Delhi Tuesday in connection of possession of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances state police confirmed in a press statement issued here today. Superintendent of police Shimla Ms Monika Bhutunguru said that a FIR was registered under section 21 ND&PS Act on recently at Police station Rampur, wherein Shimla Police recovered 7.15 grams of Chitta/heroin and 1.14 gram crystalline substance (MDMA) from the possession of accused. In deterrent move to break the drugs supply chain Shimla Police worked on the backward linkage and has arrested two African nationals under section 29 NDPS Act from Delhi. Further investigation is in progress.
