2.8 magnitude earthquake jolts Mandi district
The Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh jolted by 2 8 magnitude earthquake this morning, Indian. According to the Meteorological Center Shimla, a major tremor was felt around 5.51 am on Saturday. The epicenter of the earthquake was near Nalu village of Sundernagar town at latitude of 31.46 North and Longitude of 76.98 East and 5 kilometers depth . It is being told that some people came out of their homes. Fortunately, there was no loss of life or property in this. Entire Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh is located on high seismic zone IV.
