12 die four injured Private bus fell down in Himachal

Twelve people including seven women died and three injured when a Private Bus fell down in a deep gorge near Jangla Sainj Newuly Marg of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh this morning. State Spokesperson informed today that  12 persons are died and three person  injured when a private bus on the She Sher to Sainj (HP 30-A -0646 Anjali) route fell down in deep gorge. At the time of accident 20 passengers were on the board. The injured rushed to Regional Hospital Kullu for medical treatment. Two injured person has been died at hospital during treatment. Mishap occurred around  11 2O hrson Monday. ther information still awaited.Three Ambulances and medical teams rushed on the spot. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has expressed grief over the tragic bus accident near Shainshar in Sainj valley of Kullu district today morning in which 12 people lost their lives and several others have been injured. The ill fated private bus number HP 30A-0646 was on its way from Shainshar to Kullu. Deceased identified as Tanu (20) , Prem Chand( 52) Fate Chad(70) Anita Devi(19) Sushil Kumar(21) Khami Dasi( 40) Roshi Devi (54), Amit Kumar(Bihar) Parvati Devi(40) , Jhawal Davi ( 28) Akash (16) Rakhi Mama 

Chief Minister thanked the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for approving an ex gratia of Rs. 2 lakh each from PMNRF for the next of kin of those who lost their lives and Rs. 50,000 each to the injured in this tragic accident.Chief Minister has asked the Chief Secretary to personally supervise the relief and rescue operations. He said that magisterial enquiry has been ordered to probe the cause of the accident and ADM Kullu would probe the whole incident.Jai Ram Thakur said that Rs 5 lakh would be provided to the next of the kin of the deceased whereas Rs. 15,000 would be provided as immediate relief to each injured person. He said that free treatment would also be provided to the injured persons. Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty to give peace to the departed souls and strength to the bereaved family members to bear the irreparable loss. He wished speedy recovery to the injured.

Chief Secretary Ram Subhag Singh has directed Financial Commissioner Revenue and Divisional Commissioner Mandi to immediately rush to the accident spot to supervise the rescue .

Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar has expressed grief over the bus accident at Shainshar in Kullu district today.

In his condolence message, the Governor prayed to God for the peace of the departed souls. He has expressed condolences to the families of those killed in the accident. He also wished speedy recovery to the injured.
