Una’s farmer’s daughter will show her strength in the 6th Indian National Women’s League to be held in Gujarat. Riya Sharma, who came out of the sapling of the Women’s Football Academy located in Khad, district Una, has signed an agreement with the famous Churchill Brothers Football Club of Goa. Riya Sharma, who plays for this club, is the only daughter of Himachal Pradesh, who has achieved this position. Riya has so far played four senior and three sub-junior football competitions. The parents of Riya Sharma, a native of Khad village of Haroli sub-division of Una district, are visually impaired. Forced to live a life of poverty, Riya has achieved this position today with her hard work and hard work. Riya is also studying for the BA finals along with playing football. Riya Sharma moved out of the rural environment and joined the football academy located in Khad. Where football coach Deepak Sharma honed Riya Sharma’s talent and made her a national-level player. Recently, Riya Sharma scored a goal in every match of the Women’s Senior Nationals held in Goa. Riya scored a total of five goals in this competition. Earlier in Kolhapur (Maharashtra) when the Himachal girl’s team won the gold medal in sub-junior, she was also in the team. Deepak Sharma, Riya’s football coach and general secretary of the Himachal Pradesh Football Association, said that seeing the football talent in Riya Sharma, she was inspired to take up this sport. Gradually, through her talent and technique, Riya decided to select this girl from a small state of Himachal Pradesh in the famous Churchill Brothers Club, a state like Goa, the Mecca of football. Riya is a talented player. Riya is hard-working, hard-working and conscientious player. Newly appointed President of the Himachal Pradesh Football Association Sunil Kumar Bittu has congratulated Riya Sharma on this achievement. Riya Sharma did her twelfth standard from Pandit Mohan Dutta Senior Secondary School Khad in Haroli sub-division of district Una. Riya’s father name Vijay Sharma and mother Sunita Sharma are very happy on this achievement of their daughter. Born in a very humble family, Riya Sharma is the only woman player from Himachal Pradesh to play for a professional club. This family is living their life by doing traditional farming.
